"After spending 6 months in PT, I hit a wall. I was unable to lift my body up on my toes. I also just started getting into adventure cycling and I would be out of commission after a ride. After just one session with Kelly and the exercises she recommended, I was able to lift myself up on my toes. Over time we tried new things and she helped my post ride recovery. She was patient with my issues and had lots of recovery toys in her little BH office to throw at me.
