Every patient is different so treatment plans are unique to the individual and vary patient to patient. Homework We expect our patients to take an active part in their healing by complying and participating in their home exercise program. You will be educated and empowered in order to recognizing your own responsibility for your own health and healing. As an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) we strive to maintain a personalized relationship with commitment to represent the American Physical Therapy Association's Core Values: Accountability, Altruism, Compassion and Caring, Excellence, Integrity, Professional Duty and Social Responsibility. |
