"As a cardiologist who overindulges in marathons and triathlons, I appreciated the excellent care that Kelly provided when I presented with several sports related injuries. Kelly is a multitalented, dedicated and compassionate health care provider who cares for each of her patients as if they were a family member. Her perfectionism and attention to detail benefits each patient as they receive tailored, one on one therapy. You absolutely cannot go wrong with Bodies in Balance; there is no other physical therapy center in the area who comes close."

At Bodies In Balance we provide proven-effective Physical Therapy techniques supported by Massage Therapy and Pilates to give you the most efficient pathway to complete injury rehabilitation and long-lasting whole-body wellness. As an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association, we're committed to its Core Values: Accountability, Altruism, Compassion and Caring, Excellence, Integrity, Professional Duty, and Social Responsibility.
Your Bodies In Balance Experience
We begin by discussing your reason for coming in, followed by a thorough examination of your strength and range of motion, and special tests to determine the integrity of your muscle system and joint function.
After analyzing the findings we discuss your diagnosis and the recommended course of treatment.
Your Physical Therapy program will be individually tailored and will draw from the following: manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities (electrical stimulation, ultrasound, whirlpool, ice, heat, and iontophoresis). As we noted in Our Mission, it will likely include Massage Therapy and Pilates as part of our comprehensive interdisciplinary approach to ensure faster and full recovery.
Your Bodies In Balance experience doesn't end after your in-office sessions. Because we want you to heal more quickly and maintain long-term health, you'll receive an individualized program of home exercise.
In order to ensure the highest level of results, Bodies In Balance does not employ physical-therapy aides or assistants.
